I just got a new computer and was trying to start streaming on it and I can normally run the game on 60 frames at ultra settings on league of legends, but when i start streaming OBS falls all the way into 20 fps. Is there anything I could do to make it tolerable?

OBS log file is attached.

You should use downscale -- it says you're basically set up to stream at 1080p 60fps. Try using 1.5 downscale in video settings.

Also, I would recommend deleting the webcam and making it a global source instead, and then readd it to your scenes as a global source.

Also lower the custom resolution of the webcam, and see if changing the output format to MJPEG gives any performance improvement.

Also you may want to turn Aero on, and drop to 30fps.
2000kbps is a bit low for 720@60, and WAY low for 1080@30 (much less @60). Any higher though and you'll likely get viewers complaining about video-stutter due to bandwidth concerns.

With the help of all 3 of you and a few more quick google searches I've finally been able to get my live stream at a stable 60 fps while streaming at 720p 30 fps.

In case someone winds up here looking for help

helped me as well.

Thanks for the posts :)
