Hello!
I'm writing in this forum as last resort since I searched everywhere else for a solution and I'm not quiet convinced with those I found.
First of all I want to use OBS only for ReplayBuffer, I have no intent to stream or do local recordings and I wish to have my gameplays at 1080p60.
I know that my PC isn't am NASA one but also isn't a potato but using x264 encoder just makes the game laggy and choppy so I prefer to use HEVC as I'm getting much better results, however in some areas I noticed as if the gameplay was recorded as ~45fps
PC Specs:
Ryzen 5 2600 3.40Ghz
Radeon RX 580 4GB
16GB DDR4 3000Mhz
SSD 500GB (OS)
HDD 1TB (Games and record files)

OBS Settings:
I found this settings in Youtube and so far they are doing the job better than any other setting getting a balance between quality/performance in-game
