Question / Help Help set up the stream ?

The bitrate is on the low side of things for that resolution.. Changing the CPU preset to "faster" should gain you some extra quality at that bitrate but that's about the only thing that you could practically do at this point other than upgrading your internet.

resolution downscale,what should i do with that one?
 
It determines the finale resolution that you're gonna stream at. Leave it as the current resolution if the estimator told you to do 480p.

how do i know which one is 480 p ?
 
If you have ping issues in your game, turn on "minimize network impact" in broadcast settings.
 
Looks like you're using more bitrate than your connection can comfortably handle.

Recommended max bitrate: 765
Recommended buffer size: 459

Change the bitrate and bufsize to what was estimated for you and keep 'Minimize network impact' enabled.
