Hello i am new to obs using but kidna know how the things work but i have a problem, while i am streaming the streams stops for my viewers and loads, i tried lowering my max bitrate doesnt help i am using Asus Laptop with 12GB ram, GTX 660m and i7-3630. my upload speed is 27000kbit

as i said i tried lowering my bit rate, even trying taking the fps on 30
