Hello !
Can you tell me some settings for this PC :

Processor: Intel® Core™ i5-4460, 3.2GHz, Haswell
RAM : Crosair Vengeance 8GB DDR4 2400MHz
System type: 64 bits
Video card: GIGABYTE GeForce® GTX 750 Ti OC WindForce 2X, 2GB GDDR5, 128-bit

I need settings for : Encoding and for section Advanced.

720p, 30 FPS, 2000 Kbps for streaming.

Enable vsync or some sort of frame limiter in your game to ensure that your GPU isn't maxed out, OBS needs a bit of spare GPU power for scene compositing and your 750Ti isn't all that powerful.

It looks like you've already made some modifications; if you don't know what the settings do, don't touch them. Click on the Defaults button at the bottom to restore them.
