intel core i5 4670K 3.4ghz.
8gb DDR3 ram
Radeon R9 270x 4gb graphics card.
im wondering if it is setting i have wrong or what it may be that wont let me stream 60fps. i will include a log file.
i also have a download of 150mbps and upload of 25mbps
