Question / Help Help please my stream freeze all the time

Hey all i don't know where is the problem but my stream freeze all the time ...

I have try to watch my stream on my own computer / smartphone / other computer and it's horrible freeze all the time i can't stream with this problem and all my viewers say the stream freeze...

Have try 1080p 30fps at 3500 bitrate freeze have try at 720p freeze have try the same with lower bitrate freeze i don't know what's wrong ...

have try game capture and windows capture freeze too ...

Already have read this post but nothing change :/

• Lower your bitrate (and if necessary resolution/framerate) : done but no change down from 3500 to 2500 and 2800
  
• Try different servers of the same Provider (will probably not help) already try but no change for me and others
  
• Try a different Provider (might have a better balancing)
• Accept that some viewers can encounter problems i'm ok with that but atm it's all viewers including m

I'm sorry for my english i have try read somes other post with freezing problems but can't find the solution have using obs lot of time without problem at 3.5k bitrate at 1080p without problem for me and the viewers i don't know where is the problem since today :/
