I'm hopeing there are some OBS experts with a lot of OBS knowledge there wants to, and are able to help.
I'd like to optimize my stream, do you have any idea how?

I'm using a laptop and tried fixing the grapics bug, but with no luck.
I tried finding the hook with proxecp.exe, no luck either.

You're already only duplicating only 0.04% of your frames with a very large sample size. You could use a slower preset but you're playing CS:GO, and all CS:GO players would rather have an insane framerate than better looking video. You probably don't want to change anything.

Since OBS is running well, you can do whatever and if it breaks things, just put it back to how it was before. Depends on what you want to accomplish.

Oh, so you agree on my 30fps and 2100 bitrate? I'm just feeling like a noob here. Like theres a million things i COULD or SHOULD be doing.

I got a 1000/1000mbit connection, but since I'm new at it, i wouldn't matter to have a higher bitrate, right?

You're fine where you're at. You could increase the bitrate, but how many of your viewers can download it if you do? The bottleneck is more on your viewers and less on your own internet speed.

2000 is normal for 720p and 30fps.
