OK just to be sure i understand everythings :)

so i must activate aero which is in settings video.. desactivated aero when starting...must uncross it ..
And if i'm not satisfed after watching..must try to put the resolution down... which is in video to... 1.75 = 1462x 616

Didn't actually increase the downscale / lower the resolution. Why do you have to deactivate aero? Just leave it on.

Also, for the Downscale Filter, use Bicubic or Bilinear if you aren't already.

Oo i must downgrade tge base resolution too? In the same as the output?

Concerning aero i found only the place to activate or desactivate when strating the stream.. The place is- settings-video- cross or uncross to desactivate aero when starting... Os there an other place?

Bicubic?bilinear?

Re i use last night becubic and it s look Much bether..thanks
And for aero i let it on... The only way i saw i Can desactivate it Is in vidéo option desactivate when Start streaming...so i didnt cross it.
And for résolution i let it in 720p

Still over 2% duplicated frames so I'd increase the downscale one more step (for a smaller stream resolution). 2500kbps is up to you, the reason to go smaller is because your viewers might not be able to download it. I wouldn't do 60fps, your computer has a hard enough time with 30.

Also your keyint is 30, it should be 60. Change your keyinterval to 2 seconds.
