Question / Help Help on optimal settings.

Hi There.

I want to stream at the most optimal settings.

My internet is 30/6 or 26/12mbit, i can choose myself.

I play in 1920*1200 resolution, and want to stream at as high resolution as possible.

I want to stream at twitch, i have choosen the swedish server which seems to have the lowest ping rate.

My setup is:

Intel i5-3750 processor
16 Gigabyte of ram
HD 7950 GPU card with 3gb of ram.

Does anyone have the recipie for that setup, so i can stream in the highest possible resolution.

Well, i did know that :) BUt does that mean that i shouldnt change any of the standard settings?

Also, ive tried, i must admit, but i get some framedropping, and i cant figure out why. So i was hoping some of you had som hints, if you gave me the optimal settings for streaming.
