when my obs is open i lose 15-20 FPS in game. - even when i'm not on stream or recording.
i tried to find solution on old threads but without any fix.
if someone can help my how to fix it or it's normal ?
rtx 3070, 10700K,win 10
4500 bitrate,p3, muktipass mode : single pc, 720P stream, nvenc, cbr, no rescall (base 720, video 720), monitor 1440p, one pc stream.
i have tried : run as administrator and without, game mode on/off, change priorty from normal and above normal, hardware acceleration: off/on, tried almost any windows optimization, obs 29 and 28, reinstall obs, not using any pluggin, game capture.
i dont think it's depend on obs settings becouse even if i'm not recordnig and not streaming i also lose fps from just make obs softwere open
