Question / Help Help! Nothing I do is working!

I am nearly at my wit's end. I've had so many technical issues I'm literally about to go insane. I'm sure most of the problems come from having a really really crappy computer, but there has to be a way for me to record, right?
If I don't get to live out my dream of being a YouTuber I will probably cry ;_;
So make a girl's birthday wish come true and help me figure this out, eh? :)

Alright. So I'm trying to record a game that's from a CD. The only way I got it to work earlier was through Game Capture. I already tried Window Capture and Monitor Capture, so don't tell me to try that. Anyways, it was working fine and everything, I was getting ready to record, and then.... the recording started flickering. Like, non-stop flickering. Nothing I could do would get it to stop. It's weird because I don't think I changed any settings!! It just suddenly started happening. :/ Anyway, eventually I tried changing the bitrate and the resolution, but now the game won't even show up on OBS. Just a black screen. I changed the bitrate and resolution back to what it was, but it still won't show up.

Heellppppp meeee!!! I don't know what to do!! I've been trying to keep everything the worst setting possible (quality wise), or near to it at least, because I know my computer's horrible and isn't able to handle the better stuff. So what else can I do?

Also, on a side note, in trying to record other games, I use window capture, but the recording freezes after a second or two. The audio continues, but the video does not. Would you mind helping me with this as well?

Please, please help me. I have been trying to record for way too long and I don't want to give up now.

Thank you for any and all help! <3

I would try removing the game capture source and remaking it again then re-associate it with the game in the properties.

When you select the game from the game capture properties, I would make sure and run the game in windowed mode just to be sure OBS sees it. make sure you set it back how you has it with the anti cheat hook. If that doesn't work try window capture with compatibility mode enabled

Also, change your buffer to 0 and remove the x264 custom settings, which will help your recording look a lot better.

Lastly, don't enable the preview window in OBS once you get everything working. it will cause lag.

you can disable it by:
start previewing, right click the preview, select preview from the drop-down box, and then uncheck "enable view"

Thank you so much!!!! It shows up now!
The thing is, now I'm having a problem with massive lag. There's so much lag that it froze for half a minute on a couple screens. So... how do I fix that?
I attached my new log in case you need it.

your scene buffering should be 700ms, 60 is far to low. but also, see if you can lower your webcam resolution to have what it is now. like 320x240. with that weak of a CPU, that is pretty much your only option to do, start lowering stuff.

*sigh* Sometimes I really just want to throw this computer out the window....
Well, thank you for your help! I will definitely start lowering stuff and see if it works. But again, thank you so much for helping me! You're awesome. :)
