Hello guys,

I just received an Intensity Shuttle USB 3.0 from amazon. I plan to use it in a two computer setup.
I plug it with HDMI, on a slot in my graphic card. On Windows 7, I duplicated my screen display to this HDMI port.
Then, I plugged the shuttle with the USB to my other computer, installed the Video software, but all I have is a black screen. I have no idea what is going on, or at what resolution I should set my screen ?
I seems this hardware supports 1080p but what does it mean ? If my screen is at 1900*1080, what about the 'cloned' hdmi port ? the one going to the shuttle ? Should I change it's resolution ?
I'm a little stuck to what to do, because most of the tutorials on the net just explain how to use it with a console.

Thx !

It probably doesn't support 1900x1080

The Intensity Shuttle does not support 1080p60 (1920x1080 @ 60 fps) input. You will have to set your computer to either 1280x720 or 1080i (interlaced 1920x1080, effectively 30 frames per second) and hope that it works. The Shuttle is known to not play nice with input from computer sources, which is probably why you won't really find any tutorials about using it in a two PC setup.

Ah ok thanks.
I guess I won't be using a two pc setup then, if that means lowering my gameplay resolution to fit the recording.
Thanks for replying !
