So, I'd like to know my obs settings for local recording and for streaming. I'd like to use nvidia nvec. Since it doesn't lag at all while recording, but the video seems choppy (with local recording), the only time when it doesn't seem choppy is when I turn the bitrates and everything down low. But then again the video looks really bad. The choppines is in the recording, not while I'm playing.
