Yeah, if you are at all concerned about quality, hardware encoders like QuickSync and NVENC are not for you.

Oh ok so i need try this new settings and i will see what about that other peoples to 3000 bitrate. Thank you all. If somebody have other tricks and tips .. go here with them.

Hello i dont want to make a new topic so i ask here.

Where in log i can find negative stuff? Like frame drops, stream lags, cpu spikes, bad encoding, skipped frames etc..

You can find those things my looking for "duplicate frames", "late frames", and "dropped frames" in the log.
