Ok so starting off. I already did the estimator and put all that in set everything up but i am receiving some not suggested framerate.
I7 3930k 3.2ghz

First, keep your x264 preset at veryfast until you can get things at a stable framerate. I don't recommend going slower than the "fast" setting, anyway, especially on 1080p, unless you have almost no load on your system.

What is your process priority class set to?

Also, I don't recommend using Monitor capture, if you can avoid it. What are you trying to capture?

I'm trying to capture video game gameplay on the PC. Thank you so much for helping me out!
My process Priority Class is "Above Normal"

OK, good to know. How did it go after changing the things I recommended?

It looks like OBS is not capturing any footage of the game that i am playing i have obs set to "game capture" and it is set to capture the game that i am playing.

Which game are you trying to capture?

trials evolution, i also found out that i cant play a game in windowed mode while obs is running, because i get choppy and low frames.
