Window capture will only capture just the selected window it Aero is enabled. But if Aero is enabled, then you can't capture what is actually being output in the Hauppauge window. So you have to disable Aero, which removes the ability to capture only the selected window.

don't really understand the problem, if its my pc or obs.

but i guess i can't do it if everytime i used aero, the screen (video) goes black regardless of weather is happauge hd pvr 2. or just some random youtube video or just some weird episode from breaking bad playing at kmplayer, everything goes black at the section that the video is playing, and it will not show on the stream.

The "problem" is with the Hauppauge program. The way it's displaying video makes it impossible to capture with Aero enabled.

The "problem" is also with OBS, because OBS doesn't have the ability to add the HD-PVR 2 directly into the program as a video capture device.

There is nothing wrong with your computer.
