All's they say is "update elgato drivers blah blah" when that's obviously not fixing it. Sooo... you guys need to work on this pronto.

Have not changed.

now cpu usage 100%! What is it the hell?!
OBS hasn't changed for almost 3 months. have you added in a third party firewall? OBS connection is being closed by another app in windows, have you updated your network card drivers or anything else? please explain if anything could have changed? do you not update windows or any of your software?

HHHHmmmm. Only my Windows =)

From 7 to 8.1 Pro!
That is a significant change. you might need to ensure that you:
1. update all your drivers to windows 8.1 drivers
2. if you have any firewall programs (this includes combo software with malware/virus/firewall). disable that feature, etc.
3. Redo the change you did in the nvidia control panel to add OBS to work on your discrete GPU.
4. Make sure OBS is running as admin (since you are using CLR).

Thank-You.
I'll check everything and reports

Do I have something special note:

ELGATO HD 60 and XBOX ONE?

the internet is so much about XBOX One and Elgato HD60 settings/delay but mostly shit!

Are you have a Tip?

There are other problems that plague the HD60, which is USB bandwidth, chipset drivers and of course other high bandwidth hardware that negatively affect USB's shared bandwidth schema. your best bet is to use a USB 3.0 port if you have one and make sure that any USB items that you dont use are not plugged in. and of course, updating chipset/network/sound drivers from your motherboard manufacturer.

and cpu 100% found it strange =)

which encoder reduce CPU

what do you mean/what do you all mean

for Stream

Encoder (x264/Quick Sync/Nvidia NVENC)?

Its not strange since a mobile i7 is not equivalent to its desktop counterpart and OBS will utilize all cores.

Also, something else, you are broadcasting at 720@30 yet your HD60 is at 1080@30, lower your HD 60 to 720@30 since that is just wasted UBS bandwidth.

Use performance monitor or task manager to monitor what is using your CPU. Also, laptops tend to throttle , make sure you set your laptops power management to high performance in windows and watch your heat usage as that can cause throttling, which will also shoot you up to 100%.
