Question / Help Help me, my stream keeps to freeze

Hello, I have a problem, I am using these settings in the image, and my stream is freezing on twitch.tv, I'm trying to stream League of Legends, is streaming 10-20 seconds, then is freezing 1-5 seconds, then it's working again and so on. What's wrong to my settings? Help me please, I think I have a good internet connection.

your lowend i3 will not or ever do 720@60, you tried 540@30 and it seems thats the max downscale that you can use.

try 540@30fps veryfast preset, 2000buffer and bitrate (always keep these the same when streaming). try to use the max downscale and keep the preset at veryfast any faster and you'll lose quality, any lower and your CPU wont be able to keep up.

or maybe 720@30 with quicksync as an alternative. you should not exceed 3000 buffer/bitrate as this could cause buffering with viewers. 2000-2500 is more ideal as a max to keep viewers from buffering.

set scene buffering to 700ms
 
Thanks a lot, it helped me a lot what you said in the last sentence. " Sometimes reading the scene will fix things " . You know what I did? :D I have put both lol client and lol game in same scene, and that's why it freezes, now I can do stream very well :D thanks a lot ^^

you can also use scene switcher.
