So I posted two months ago, and nobody answered. I'm getting really pissed off at your technical support, as it appears to be nonexistent. Here's what I posted on April 16th.
"So I've tried this with multiple games: Sims 3, Skyrim, Fallout New Vegas, Euro Truck Simulator, and Terraria. Every time, the loading screen goes for me, but for the recording it freezes right before the loading screen opens up to the game. The audio still keeps working, and the screen doesn't go black, it just stays on that last frame. I've tried multiple settings, both on streaming and recording, and nothing seems to work. My uncustomized Windows 10 laptop, which I just got in August, runs game s a beautifully and without problems. It's a Lenovo Yoga with an Intel Core i5, if that helps at all. I'm not in a rush to fix this, but it would give me one less reason to procrastinate."
I have since tried uploading through YouTube, as I originally tried streaming through Twitch. Both have had the video freeze, so it is obviously the problem of OBS. Please help already!
