i try streaming league... i put the settings at 600mbit max upload downscaled to 2.25(480p) got a i7 and 780m and when i play firstly it goes down to 50fps... i check my gpu and cpu both never run over 50%max.. please help its only 50fps but it feels like 20... so laggy(this is also when i preview)
