Help! Is it possible to output video from DSLR to PC without losing quality?

My current setup is a Canon T6i, and im sending the image to my PC through a HDMI and a capture card to be recorded using OBS. I tried all the best setting I could find, but the video quality is visibly inferior to the one I can get with the camera alone.
Here's a comparison of a frame from OBS and a frame from the camera's card. Same angle, same light, same everything: https://imgur.com/a/YkXQOlB
Is there anyway I can use this DSLR to stream my podcast in good quality?

Good Quality and not losing (any) quality are 2 different things. Lossless is possible, and usually impractical (for lots of technical reasons...)

Will recording video directly on camera be of higher quality than sending video out to another device and re-encoding the video there? most likely

However, with powerful enough computer (can't say if yours is, as you ignored pinned post in this forum (link in my .sig) regarding posting OBS Studio log) and a good quality capture card (USB adapter or PCIe AIC?) the difference should be negligible
- a cheap HDMI capture device might be part of the problem.
- running HDMI capture through a USB2.0 port likely won't give you decent results regardless...
- such real-time video encoding, especially when done with decent quality, is computationally intensive. a GPU that enables video encode offload can help in certain circumstances.
