Question / Help Help I cant get it to work nice with game at 40fps

Hi I have windows 10 8 GB of ram intel core i7-2600s cpu @ 2.8oghz and a 6080 Radon graphics card. No matter what I OBS keeps fing lagging the video recording. I be at 40 fps in my game and get 20 fps in obs. I have messed with the encoder settings, cbr, cfr , bitrate framerate graphics and piece of crap I have heard of and it still lags. Please help me please I have been trying to get this to work for 2 months and its not windows because I had the exact same problem on windows 7. Log file attached I am at wits end.

For one, disable windows size/dpi scaling, set base resolution to 1920x1080 and downscale resolution to 1280x720 and also set the x264 cpu preset to ultrafast.
