Question / Help Help Getting Started - too long to encode skipping frames

I'm trying to stream for the first time and when I preview stream it briefly gives working video then crashes after about a second. Sometimes I get the error message "taking too long to encode skipping frames".

I've uploaded the most recent log file. Can anyone help me with this issue?
