6-core? Don't see that too often. I'm kind of jealous. Definitely shouldn't be having CPU issues with tha -- and I just noticed you're encoding and capturing at 105 fps. You probably don't want to do that. Most people cannot watch more than 60 fps. Go in to video settings and set the FPS back to 60.

Unless you're absolutely sure you really want to stream at a higher FPS, but still, it doesn't make sense to stream at a framerate that is not a multiple or divisor of 60 usually.

Also, go in to advanced settings, and set "Scene buffering time" to 700. Seems you have some audio capture hiccups on occasion, and that should fix it up. 400 is an old old default, so I'm guessing you're a long time user. We changed it back to 700 at some point way back when.
