Question / Help Help for my obs configuration

Hi ! I'm new to this forum and Streaming by the way ! i've try making the obs setting but when i start the stream my video lagging A LOT But wierdly i have a constant 30fps sec and no frame drop ! 0.00%

I have a Apu sadly .. A10-7870k black edition
8gb Kingston hyper x fury 1600mhz
Asus GeForce gtx 750 ti oc
motherboard A88xm-pro

I want to be able to Stream

Diablo3
Starcraft2
heroe of the storm
(OVERWATCHHH )
The Division
Call of duty Bo3
BlackDesert

ETC

That one is a 16:10 stream done at 1070p and 1000kbit, which will NOT have good picture quality.

Downscale to whatever is closest to 1280x720, set bitrate to 2000.

And remember that your system's processor is actually very weak when it comes to running a stream.
