Question / Help Help for better performance

Hey guys im trying to stream via OBS on my computer which is Dell Inspiron One 2330. I know that it isnt the best i can have for stream but anyway. Im working only with League of Legends and there is a list of things that are on when i stream
League Of Legends , Itunes , SMG (now playing plugin, no big deal for PC) , chrome 2 pages. Im running lol on medium and still lagy. I have something about 51 FPS while streaming. Can i ask you what can i do to get better result ?
Also im sorry for mistakes in english, its not my national language. Thanks

It seems you have forgotten your log file. it can be found under the help menu. copy the link an post the link here.
