Error: Could not initialize DirectX 10 on Intel(R) G33/G31 Express Chipset Family. This error can happen for one of the following reasons:

1.) Your GPU is not supported (DirectX 10 is required - note that many integrated laptop GPUs do not support DX10)
2.) You're running Windows Vista without the "Platform Update"
3.) Your video card drivers are out of date

If you are using a laptop with NVIDIA Optimus or AMD Switchable Graphics, make sure OBS is set to run on the high performance GPU in your driver settings.

That GPU will never support DX10 in OBS. you cna try OBS MP but its going to run super slow. your best bet is to upgrade your GPU and better yet your whole system as encoding with that combo of system wont work well anyway.

it says failed to initialize video

You're going to need to upgrade your PC to at least a DX11 GPU in order for OBS to work for you.

I suggest you get a GPU with a hardware decoder if you are wanting to record better than 360p 30fps.

hardware decoders are in the 7000 series and up of AMD and 700 and 900 series of nVidia.

I would suggest at least a R7 250x which runs about $100
