First of all, sorry for my bad English. I want to know why my stream is choppy on Twitch. My game was very smooth withouth choppy or shuttering, but when I watch my stream, it's pretty choppy. Here one of my recorded video on twitch : http://www.twitch.tv/chekhop/b/483949616.

It's because my CPU, Video Card, or my Internet ? Btw here's my log :

The video you linked is not choppy and I don't see anything bad in the log. It's 30FPS as you have set it if that's what you mean by choppy.

I downloaded my VOD and watch it using windows media player classic, and I didnt get frame lag. Maybe I have some problem with my browser :(

The VOD player on Twitch doesn't seem to be super great, never been able to figure out why it seems so much choppier than your actual live stream. Just know that generally the player for your actual live stream won't have issues.
