i try to stream to twitch FTB monster (a minecraft pack) and this is what i see in seprate screans (one is the minecraft, one is open broadcast)

Try deleting the shaderCache folder in %appdata%/obs (put that in the explorer or start->run) and try again.
Are you sure you are using the latest version of obs?

Actually, I think this is usually a driver issue. Make sure your GPU drivers are up to date.
