Question / Help Help a noob out guys!

Hi guys. Im new in to livestreaming and I mixed around with my options yesterday but my livestream was laggy. The game i was livestreaming doesnt require that much of internet connection. What would you guys say the lowest internet connection that you can livestream with? If you cut shutdown all programs like skype, teamviewer etc, if that would help. Id more then happy if someone with experience of livestreaming and what settings to use, could help me out. Id really appreciate if someone got leave a reply to this thread. I dont know what options to have etc etc etc

If you're unhappy with the results, post a log file - viewtopic.php?f=5&t=97

There isn't really a hard "minimum" amount of bandwidth needed to stream, but if you're working with ~1 Mbps or less you'll have to make some significant sacrifices in terms of visual quality. 2-3 Mbps would be ideal.
