I love how smooth my stream is but i feel its not as clear as it should be regarding text and the bit of pixelation during movement, please ignore the audio issue in video i didnt mute my dashboard lol.
PC:
2500k OC'd to 4.4
8gb 1600 memory
Nvidia gtx 465
Here are my settings:
Using CBR
Bitrate: 3500 (my upload is 5mb's, i have no dropped frames)
Quality balance: 10
1920x1080 Downscaled to 720p, 60FPS (60 fps is what gives smoothness)
Filter: Lanczos (ive tried all 3, seem to looks same to me)
Processor priority: High (didnt notice a difference here either between high and normal, in game or stream quality)
Scene buffering time: 700ms (didnt touch this cause i have no idea what it does lol)
CPU preset: Veryfast (i got insane stuttering when i adjusted this, which is surprising considering my CPU is good)
X264 encoding profile: Main
Keyframe interval: 2 (this and encoding profile OBS made me set to these values)
Thats basically all i think, let me know if you need more. Like i think my stream looks ok, and i love the smoothness but i really think it could be crisper. I tried not downscaling but i think 720p 60 fps looks better than 1080p 30 fps, plus for some reason i was getting even more pixelation on 1080p 30 fps and of course didnt have the smoothness.
Any help is truly appreciated : )
