Question / Help HEEELLPPPPP!!! pixilation & blurriness & lag

my stream is a bit lagy and when im still I don't lag at all an my stream is a bit blurry like DVD status ...but when I move there is high pixilation and blurriness and lag as well…… please help!!!! thank you

It's your bitrate. Go to streaming settings under output and turn up the bitrate. Depending on the resolution, something like 5KBPS for IRL streams or 10KBPS for game streams would work.

my resolution is 1920x1080 base and 768x432 output

Yes, you're streaming in a bitrate of 1500. Turn this up to 5000 under your output settings.

My upload is 4.9-5.9 will that affect my performance?

If that's the case, then you should turn your bitrate to something between 3000 and 4000. 3500 should probably be fine, since it appears you're streaming Half-Life which doesn't require much internet.

With that amount of rendering lag, I would also suggest to activate a 60fps limit ingame and if there is still a problem with rendering lag, reduce ingame details.
Also turn off windows 10 game DVR.
