Heavy GPU usage of OBS, especially the task: "Desktop window manager" even with a 4080?

Hey, I installed OBS completely fresh and didn't set any effects or anything, just my audio from my microphone and game recording. I first recorded with the quality options set and the GPU utilization was at 100% even though the game "Forza Horizon 5" didn't even take up 10%.
I have attached the LOG file for this.
When everything didn't help anymore, I reinstalled OBS and didn't set anything and recorded with poor recording settings and the results were even worse. This log file is here: https://obsproject.com/logs/BOABFCqQHegzVwEM. GPU was at 100% plus the PC hung up briefly.
I hope there is a solution because my PC isn't that bad after all :)

I recently upgraded from a 3070TI to a 4080 super and I am having similar issues but it appears that my whole gpu will crash or my whole PC will freeze up with black screens but only when using OBS. OBS is also using 50% of the GPU load with a new profile and blank scenes.

I am going to test out Stream Labs OBS for a while and see if I still have issues. I'll post back if I find anything.
Specs:
-NVidia GeForce RTX 4080 Super
-Intel i9-12900ks
- Physical Memory: 64 gb
- PSU: Corsair RM1000x
