Question / Help Hearthstone Streaming Issue

So I'm trying to stream Hearthstone on OBS and I noticed something disturbing when I looked back at the stream trying to make sure everything was running as it should.

My mouse is wayyy off.

Like say there's 3 cards

Timber Wolf - Tracking - Explosive Trap

Now, when I click on the Explosive Trap to bring up the info about it, on stream it shows me clicking on the Timber Wolf card instead, see where I'm going with this?

Does anyone have a clue how to fix this issue ;/ Tried changing resolutions both ingame and on OBS, matching them, playing on fullscreen, and some other things.

Are you using game capture or window capture?

I'm using FullScreen Game Capture

Do you have DPI scaling enabled in your Windows display settings?

Not sure, where do I enable / check this?

Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Display > Change the size of all items

Yeah this is on and set to 126% which is medium.

OBS has an issue when scaling is not set to 100%, so if you want your mouse positioning to be accurate, it has to be at 100%.

But 100% makes stuff look soooo small (;

Yeah, I know...Unfortunately that is is the only fix right now.
