Question / Help Hearth Stone blurry

Hello

So I have hearthstone streaming in my twitch but its really blurry.

I have the following settings shown in the broadcast settings in the attached images. My webcam is perfect clarity though so I am really confused why this is happening.

I play in 1080p 30FPS (although usually 60fps, but 60FPS is excessive for Hearth Stone imo)

Please help.

Use CBR should be checked. CBR is mandatory with streams requirements now. also, is there a VOD on twitch to watch to see what you're talking about?
