Question / Help Heart rate in OBS?

Hello guys,

i want to show my heart rate on the stream. So my question is: How can I do that?
Important is that I don't want to use a strap for it.

So is it possible to do that with a wristband or something else?

Hope to hear something. :) And sorry for my bad English but I am from Germany.

Most people will use a USB clip-type pulse oximeter, and clip it to their toe to keep it off-screen. Then window capture the software that was included with the device.

There was talk of developing software for the Polar chest-strap pulse rate meters (far more accurate), but the high price of a Polar USB wireless receiver and no immediately available turnkey software kind of killed that off.

I'm not aware of any other options at present beyond the clip-style oximeter.
