Question / Help Hearhtstone Won't Stream In Background

I have been having this problem for a while now and I thought I would finally try to figure out how to fix it. Sadly, I have looked and haven't had much luck finding this issue. Maybe someone else has posted about it before but didn't use the same keywords as me? I'm really not sure. Anyways, my issue is that I can't stream Hearthstone in the background. What I mean is that Hearthstone will pause its streaming when I drop the page. As well, it won't even start streaming until I enter into Hearthstone. I have no clue why it is doing this, but it seems to be with most Battle.net games, as it gives me the same problem when I try to stream Heroes of The Storm. I really don't have any issues streaming any other games. It seems to be that my main problem is streaming games from the battle.net app.

Any ideas on how to fix this? Most of my games are installed on my E: drive, while OBS is installed on my C: drive. Would that have any effect on this at all?
