Thank you for responses, guys. However let’s clarify a bit:

Am I understood that correctly: with this converter I need to still output as HDMI using HDMI to DVI cable from PS3 to converter, then from converter output use HDMI cables plus additional splitter. Will the signal be without HDCP protection after the converter?
Will any similar devices work as well, like for example this:

Strips HDCP, splits just as well as anything else.
Yes, as I’ve heard that splitter strips HDCP protection, however I need to be 100% sure about it.
It seems I need to elaborate a little bit:
I have ps3 as output and a TV and AverHD h272 Capture Card as inputs. As of now I split the HDMI output from my PS3 with a noname splitter with HDCP 1.2 support. Using Avermedia center I can see clear and nice picture of PS3 output there (as well as on TV) and with OBS I can use window capture to stream, but with crappy quality. However if I try to stream using ‘capture as a device’ (my capture card for better quality) all I get is HDCP prompt or black screen with sound, i.e. HDCP protection kicks in.
Thus I need to be 100% sure advised devices actually strip HDCP and allow not only to window capture from Avermedia center (or w/e other capture soft) but the
device capture directly in OBS (i.e. like capturing webcam as a device etc.).
