Question / Help HD60 Pro Freezes when switching games

As the title says, I have an elgato HD60 Pro and anytime I switch games, the capture card goes black and freezes. I have to actually restart my computer for it to work properly on that game anymore.

Anyone have any ideas?
 
I getting some days before weird async video problems. I updated the driver 3.0.111 or what it was called and it looks like fixed. The delay was between 1-2 sec and happens if i switch the game or minimize to desktop. But after the update i get a short freeze after switching game or minimize game. The card reconnect in this second and is sync again after reconnect and short freeze. I have to say i using since yesterday windows 10 on my gaming pc. Where the capturecard take the screen input to my streaming pc (still windows 8.1). So at least the sync is good after the captute device update. But the reconnect and short freeze to the graphicscard after switching game or minimize is still a bit weird

You're saying you have 1-2 second latency with the HD60 Pro!?
 
With the old version from egato hd software i had in obs a delay. If i switch between ingame and desktop. In this moment it looks like the elgato lose connection to the graphicscard sometimes. It said thatno source found and reconnect after again. But has than a delay from about 1 sec~ after i minimize and max. The game a couple of time the delay goes away again. But since the last update of elgato doftware i havent till now the problem anymore. 2 day ago after the update i getting just short freeze after minimize /close the game. But no delay anymore. And yesterday i doesnt see any reconnect or freeze. Probably the windowsupdates were just since yesterday all up to date from windows 10 or the elgato version fixed the problem. Not sure. I will try some more tests in the next couple of days and weeks.
