Question / Help Having trouble with OBS, will not work in over two years

Been having trouble with my OBS for over two years, I do not know how to open it back up and look at it's setting. This here is the error every time I try to open it. Can't do anything at all. I can't get it to open at all. Using a 64 bit

unsure about DirectX here since I hardly touched it.

That video card (and likely the whole computer) cannot run OBS, notice no available acceleration features.

If there's a GPU in there that can be used with OBS, it doesn't have the proper driver installed.
