Question / Help Having problems streaming with obs

im having problems streaming with obs,ive tried the estimator to give me reccomended settings but it hasnt really helped,also it didnt give much help to what im supposed to put the rest of my settings at.i have no specific problem just problems like extremely bad quality in twitch,and random 2 second freezes on my stream.maybe you guys could give me all the recommended settings for my setup.
My specs are:
Core 2 quad q6600
exactly 5.94 gbs of ram
AMD Radeon hd 7450
