Step 1: Stop trying to stream over Wifi.
It's not designed for stable, constant throughput. It's highly susceptible to interference. Everyone on the same channel (even on different APs) shares the same bandwidth, so if someone else is on that channel on their own AP and transfers a big file, your connection will go to crap. Likewise, you're constantly stomping a portion of the throughput with your stream. Run some cat-5 cable; wifi is meant for mobile devices and light usage, it is NOT meant to replace a wired network.

Step 2: Turn on CBR, it's a requirement for Twitch streaming at this point. You don't need 3000kbps for a 720p@30fps stream, even 2000 is quite good quality. Lower to 2000.

Step 3: STOP using monitor capture. Under Win7, it's terribad and horribly slow, only to be used as an absolute last resort ONLY. Use Game Capture, or Window Capture with Aero ON instead.

With those three major and outstanding problems fixed, try again and report back if it's still an issue. :)

Welp, i got robbed, i only have the wireless sticks, the entry for net cable doesnt "connect" to anything inside the computer... oh well, thanks anyways.
If i get a "perfect wireless connection", if i am right next to the router, will i able to stream?

Probably not. Again, Wifi is NOT designed for constant throughput.
On the up side, a PCIe network card runs about $15, and a cable is about another $5. A USB network adapter is about $25-30.
Are you saying that you got robbed and the thief broke off your hardwired network jack? But didn't take the computer? O_o

Ah, yep. Sounds like it's time to grab an adapter. Again, the USB ones are cheap if you're on a laptop, and if it's a tower the PCIe ones are pretty much plug and play, most times.

Can't make suggestions without a log file, and you may just have had general connection problems unrelated to wireless if you switched to a wired connection.

Also, speedtest is worthless for livestreamers. Forget it. Go run a 6MB test at http://testmy.net/upload and post those results, along with a log from a live streaming session over the wired connection (at least 5 minutes long).
