Question / Help having problem with my internet

i have a internet around 10.5 DOWN and 1.5 sometimes 1.12 UP but the thing is every time i start streaming i cant play anything like my ping in games just go up the roof like 999 and i cant play nothing online i use OBS and my MAX bitrate is on 988 and buffer size on 988 and my stream looks perfect even on the dashbord says execellent on audio bitrate is on 128 but the thing is i think even saying excellent i watch it sometimes on my phone or even on the browser and it looks like it laggs a little bit my base resolution is 1920 by 1080 and i put the resolution downscale to 1280 by 720 billinear and on 30 FPS if someone could help me plz and i use wired connection i dont know what to do anymore plz

PS: i dont have any FPS problem at all

my PC specs:

AMD FX8350

GTX 780

16 GB RAM

Try enabling "Minimize Network Impact", if that doesn't work it's probably because your bitrate is very close to your upload speed (don't forget to count audio in the bitrate).

thanks a lt man it actually got a lot better at least i can play and every thing but now the only problem is that the stream it self i dont know if its in my end or not but it looks like it lags but that got way better though
