Question / Help Having lags while i stream. League of legends

Im having troubles streaming. My stream is laggy when i turn it on. Can someone tell what im doing wrong? PC doesnt lag, but the stream itself lags. =(

My PC is

I have good upload speed.

and the settings in obs are -

Sorry that some pars are in Russian, hopefully you can understand. Please help me i was trying like for so many hours to change settings, but still nothing works.

Maybe i have like not correct settings, can you please tell me what would be the best ones on my pc, for streaming lol and so who views doesnt lag? And getting the best quality? With my pc and upload.

Try reducing fps, resolution.
Which twitch server are you streaming to?

Hi. im streaming on Amsterdam server. And i tried like every possible fps, resolution and bitrate, still cant find the problem.

Maybe i need some drivers? Is it possible or something needs to be installed to work properly?

Enable Aero. OBS runs faster and smoother with Aero ON. Make sure 'disable Aero' is not checked in OBS, and that you are using an Aero-enabled theme in Windows Personalize.

1080p isn't going to work on 2500kbps, it needs a lot more bitrate than that. Downscale to 720p.

Don't watch the stream from the system you are streaming from; the Twitch video player uses a lot of CPU and it can appear to stutter.

Should i downscale my resolution no 1280x720

Or should i use base resolution 1280x720?

How this guy is getting so smooth image? He is also not a partner, or is it 720p ?

His image looks about the same as yours, randomly clicking around in both video samples.

Ok, ill try downscaling it.

Should i increase my bitrate ever over 2000? the quality will increase? Or it will cause lags for those who watches?
