recently i have had issues streaming i cant go 10 min without having frames being droped
my specs
intel xeon v3 1231
R9 280x 3gb
g.skil ares 2x4gb 1866
now in the past ive been able to stream FC4 ,Alien Isolation ,and CSGO at 720 60fps at a bitrate of 2500 and up until the 4/16 i tried streaming Gta 5 online at 720 60fps and everything was smooth until the next day after that and now i cant keep a steady stream the only thing software wise ive done since that day was change to the latest amd beta driver.
I lowered my games graphical settings from high to medium but no change.
Ive also dropped the fps to 30 and bitrate to 1800 but im still getting dropped frames also i changed my filter back to
Bilenear and cpu preset from faster to veryfast but still nothing. my cpu gets to 65-70 temps but i dont think its that
