2 days ago I've started to have a little problem with frame dropping.
I'm playing normally without OBS, but when I'm streaming, my frame has a huge drop
I already try to low my bitrate, and another stream service, but nothing worked.

Stop using monitor capture, it's the primary reason you're having trouble. Use game capture or window capture instead. If you use window capture the game must be running in windowed or borderless windowed mode, and Aero should be enabled. For general settings you can use https://obsproject.com/estimator
