Question / Help Having a problem with streaming

You're streaming at 1080p but with only 1000kbps bit rate. You need raise your bit rate, if you can, or downscale your OBS resolution. Also, WoW is a game that has a lot of high-movement and will still look at least a little blurry even with high quality settings.
