Haven't used HD60S in a long time, suddenly no capture.

I Plugged in HD60 S again after maybe about a year to record some gameplay but out of nowhere it just doesn't seem to be capturing anything. This hasn't happened before and I've tried multiple solutions I found on Youtube such as: Updating my driver, updating OBS, Toggling the power management in USB Root, and changing the Performance Preference to OBS64 in Window's Graphics settings. I've reset my computer multiple times now but still nothing. I even tried using Game Capture and all it tells me is either "Must Have 3.0 Port To Function Properly" or "No Display"

I'm at a complete loss, any suggesting on what this could be?

Connect you HD60S to an USB 3.0 port the blue USB ports what did you connect to the HD60? Switch PS3 ps4 ?
