Hauppauge Rocket is not working, The Hauppauge capture just crash every time if i have it open before opening obs with it active in obs but if i open obs first then open Hauppauge capture it give me this message"Your HD Rocket Did not start. Please close hauppauge Capture. unplug the power to your HD PVR rocket, replug the power, then restart Hauppauge Capture. (unable to locate crossbar fiter(#1)))" But if i do that it still don't work has anyone found away around this? I'm using Obs windows build 7.3 and the Hauppauge capture is 1.0.33030.

Update i had to restart my PC to fix the crossbar thing so the capture is working fine now. But obs still give me a black screen.

You might have to pick the appropriate resolution in the capture card settings. It should match with the source resolution.

I can't guarantee that the rocket will work. The reason why is due to its design.. It's a really frustrating device and I just barely managed to make it work as it is, and can't even guarantee it'll work under every circumstance. It's actually really depressing.

It's fine Jim just letting you now that was all don't feel bad the dam people at Hauppauge don't even know how to make the rocket work to they brake the rocket with every update with there software. It was so bad i had to call them to send me in older version of Hauppauge capture software to get the rocket working so if the guy that made the rocket it cant make it work all the time don't beat yourself up over this jim :)

I ran in with the same issue but with my Avermedia extreme cap u3. This worked with my ps4. I tok the hdmi coe=rd connected to the ps4 out of the capture card and then turned my ps4 on. After that i plugged the hdmi cord back in and clicked on obs and it picked up the signal. I dont know if this will work for you but if it does let us know

I installed the drivers as needed. It doesn't show up in OBS as a Happauge though rather the I9110 or some something to that fashion.
